Given the high rate of failure of the OEM Ecoboost exhaust manifolds, we wanted to develop the ultimate Raptor and F-150 turbo manifold to solve these problems once and for all. Hundreds of engineering hours iterating from 3D scanning to CAD to 3D printing led to our final design that keeps the exhaust pulses from each cylinder from interfering with each other (even at high power levels) and increases reliability.
